Peppy Barlow is a playwright and screenwriter and has been teaching Creative Writing for nearly thirty years, something she really enjoys. She is a founder member of the Woven Theatre Company which was set up to promote new writing in the East of England. Her plays include The Sutton Hoo Mob, toured twice by Eastern Angles; Shadows in the Doorway BBC Radio 4; Missing, Grasping, Broken and Trojan Whores, toured by Woven; and Turning the Tide, a conservation fantasy commissioned by the Open Space Theatre Company. Her classes are relaxed and enjoyable and cover all kinds of writing. Three members of her writing groups had plays produced at the Ink Festival 2016.
